I’ve recently started the process of looking for a new home while also selling mine, and this is how I first came into contact with Laura from haart. It’s been a really positive experience so far. She’s very hands on, quick to respond and easy to communicate with, whether by message, email or phone, and I’ve never felt left waiting or unsure about anything. She’s friendly, approachable and happy to give genuine advice even at this early stage, which I really appreciate. I’ve also spoken to a few other members of the team, and it’s clear they work really well together. Everyone seems on the same page and able to pick things up easily, which gives a lot of confidence in how things are run within the agency. It’s still early days for me, but I’m really happy with the support so far and looking forward to seeing how things progress.

Ely is an extremely competitive, fast moving housing market, which is great for Vendors but very stressful for us buyers. Therefore the local estate agents attitude toward buyers tends to range from apathetic and dismissive to downright arrogant, in the knowledge that the properties will sell, which leaves you feeling utterly deflated and exhausted. This certainly has not been my experience with Haart Ely, thankfully. They are fully engaged ,enthusiastic, supportive and actually stay in contact regarding properties which may be suitable, not matter how many months pass. Everyone I have come into contact with in the Haart Ely office have been very professional, easy to talk to, very good at understanding your needs and all with good humour which you need in this market. Laura Filsell in particular has been wonderful to deal with. Laura has a wealth knowledge , empathy and is always on hand to help with any questions or concerns you may have. I have bought and sold many houses over the years and having a good, reliable estate agent to get you through this challenging process makes all the difference. I cannot recommend them enough.

Laura has been a real support to me during my experience of selling my home in Littleport. She's always been professional and yet very personable.
