GoogleAsked them several times to stop calling me as wasn't interested in the house. They continued, I told person last week, if they rang me again, I would block their calls... low and behold had another call today. Now blocked....

GoogleFrom our initial contact with Mario our valuer we have been super impressed. The whole team have been polite, professional, patient and helpful. The thing that impressed us the most is that they communicate so well. Whilst on the market they contacted us at least weekly to feedback on their sales strategies. GoogleWe engaged Haart to sell our property in Soham, in November 2015. It was a try the market to see if the valuations being suggested were correct. We had tried Purple Bricks and their valuation was very, very, poor. We tried two other agents, both of whom suggested that we could achieve about £80K more. A local agent suggested it could be as much as 100K. We engaged Haart, who had done a lot of research on property prices in the area, and sure enough we had prospective purchasers in the price region suggested. Non of these progressed any further, and then three months later our eventual purchaser came on the scene. With the professionalism, and diligence of the Ely staff, the sale completed. Both my wife and I felt that a very superior service was given by all the staff at the Ely. THANK YOU.

GoogleAlthough we haven’t actually purchased through Haart Ely, we were really impressed with Callum and his regular contact to ensure we were seeing properties that were suitable. The inly reason we purchased through a different agent was due to a change in circumstances and to a search area not covered by this agent.

GoogleI have recently purchased a property through haart in Ely and I can not recommend them enough. I was fortunate enough to have Anna Smith dealing with my property purchase and she has been exceptional. She has kept me updated on everything and been a great support for when I wasn’t quite sure of the next steps. If I was to sell my property at any point I will 100% be using haart.
