First class. Having really not put any prior thought or research into selling our home it was all of a bit of a daunting prospect. Thankfully all the guys we dealt with were incredibly helpful, honest and professional and have made the process surprisingly painless. From both selling our property to finding us properties to view we have been kept informed all the way through the process which when you have no idea what you should be doing and when has been a huge help. They are available late into the evening and the majority of the weekend which as a seller was a big plus. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone else.

When I first got into contact with haart we didn’t exactly start off on the right foot, contracts were signed by my ex husband and it all come as quite a shock that we were suddenly selling our house. No fault of haarts but naturally felt some resentment as it wasn’t something I was involved in. However I must say they really have been very good and supportive to me. I’ve been kept updated of everything and treated equally to my ex husband. I have to make a speacial mention of Anna who did our open house and got us a very good offer and has solved any queries throughout the sale. She went above and beyond when the buyer had any problems and went directly to us to speed things up. We went on at admittedly an ambicious price but achieved a figure we never thought we’d actually get!!! Looking forward to handing the keys over and being able to say goodbye to the property, thanks again for all your help Anna.

Me and my wife recently sold our house with hart ely and it was sold within a matter of days. The sale was more complex than we anticipated but I can honestly say we would never have moved if it wasn’t for Anna’s help. We threatened to pull out on many occasions as did our buyers but Anna managed to keep it together despite all the many problems that cropped up, she was always on hand to help with our solicitor Zoe. She didn’t let us down and we are now happy and settled in our new home. Thanks again and I would definitely reccomend to anyone looking to sell their property.

Moving house has been so stressful and and I wanted to pull out so many times. The sale and purchase of my home turned in a disaster but I was lucky to have Anna who saved the day.
