If I could give a 0 here I would.I contacted Birmingham office and spoke to a Mr Charles Shephard.He came out to have a look and said he would email back a valuation the next day.One week later he said he would send it immediately and still no email.After 10 days I called him and he gave me the valuation over the phone and said he would not need to send the email.How unprofessional is that. Sadly he has not responded to emails or phone calls and voicemails left over a week now.Beware.

GoogleKnight Frank Esher found me a tenant almost overnight, and within 10 days they had moved in. Great turnaround, reduced void period for me. Had all the contacts I needed too, for remedial work that needed to be done within a week. Happy tenant makes a happy landlord. Thanks for everything KF!
