Dear Timur, Thank-you for your review and I’m sorry that you feel this way. Having looked into this for you and following your discussion with Sarah this week, I can see we have been in regular communication with your PA and I believe there may have been a misunderstanding with regards to the managed service we are able to offer. Unfortunately, we are unable to instruct works without the landlord's authority, unless it was a genuine emergency. Therefore, we were chasing your query as regularly as possible but due to the landlord sourcing a second quote themselves, a delay has arisen. We have kept you regularly updated on the status of the works and will expedite this as quickly as we can. I believe this has now been approved and everything is underway for you however should you feel the need to discuss anything further, don’t hesitate to get in touch.
