It was a stressful experience to buy a property as to be expected when a lot of chains are involved and there was a point when I got very anxious with the unclarity about the dates but Morten (our knight Frank agent) maintained a very good and open communication line with us which helped to reduce the stress in the process , he was also very quick in his responses and also communicated well with our sellers on various matters related to the house. Ivanka helped me move property within the same building (surrender existing lease and switch to a new one) with only a 2 day overlap. Both properties were marketed by Knight Frank. What a lovely team you all are, from booking a viewing on to all the exchanges and emails inbetween with Helen Waddilove. We saw the house and Helen instantly booked us in for a viewing and from then on she made the process easy for us. She took all the stresses out of a very stressful time and managed to keep everything ticking over in a calm and professional way. She truly is brilliant at her job. We are now exchanged and we couldn’t be happier. Knight Frank are professional and effortless to work with. We have been renting a house for 5 years now that is managed by Knight Frank. They have been excellent agents! As tenants, it has been so reassuring to know that any issues raised will be attended to immediately. They have also been a very fair in handling the renegotiation process of our tenancy agreement. I must mention our excellent property manager Ahsan Sarwar who has been super responsive and helpful, and also the contract co-ordinator Scott Eddy who handled our re-negotiation very professionally.
