Horsham branch. Made a very good offer for a property, were then told there was another bidder, fine, and eventually to make our best and final offer. Four days passed with very little contact (and when there was, it was because we followed up). By the time they did get in touch, they let slip that our offer wasn't chosen, but a LOWER offer was chosen. And there was nothing we could do about it. Feels like probably the other bidder was also with G-Ps and they've been funny about how they've handled the sale (does the owner even know? We're immediately ready to move, no chain etc.).

I find it almost laughable how this letting agency behaves. When you’re signing a contract, they bend over backwards to act friendly and helpful, but the second you’re moving out, the entire façade collapses. Their true colors show, and suddenly you’re dealing with rudeness, attitude, and a complete lack of basic professionalism.

This company in Farnham has let our property for many years. Unfortunately now they seem to be complacent and we have to chase them for property checks to be carried out as per our contact. Once they finally did the check we are still waiting 3 weeks later for their findings. Also we have rung them throughout the day and left messages in their phone but they never bother to ring us back. They seem to have lost interest and we are rapidly losing patience.We would not recommend this branch of the company.

Do not waste your time with this agent. I Lost two sales, wasted several months through just poor management. Do not Sell through these agents. I had to chase solicitors on both occasions and work out what the problem was after weeks of being messed about with no answers . Bad communication, poor sales progression management . So stressful and lost money. They do not do due diligence nor have a clue how to manage progression. Very poor.

Accordingly, professional standards have to be top-notch and at the Esher office they most definitely are. The team is thoroughly versed in the specialist area of marketing and management of high value luxury homes. Perfection is expected. Landlords expect and in this case can be assured of receiving an exemplary service in the management of their assets, whilst tenants can be made to feel valued and very special. Worst Experience Ever with Gascogne Pees Kingston Branch

I had the worst experience ever using Gascogne Pees to fully manage my property. They consistently chose the more expensive contractors who did not deliver good service and failed to honor warranties. After 4 years of their management, my property was in a dire state. I ended up spending over £20,000 on repairs and restoration. The staff, from lettings to property management, were unhelpful, rude and ineffective. Never again.

These estate agents downright lied to us before moving in about what came with the flat and throughout continued to lie about the interactions we had. Their complaints process is as useless as they are and I'm convinced is completely biased towards the estate agents.

Buying & selling a house can be a very daunting experience & some estate agents leave people wondering what they got for the fees that they paid for. Not so with J D Wood I can honestly say I chose wisely. From start to finish they were professional, efficient, honest all the way through they told me what to expect & I got it which to me was money well spent. Gavin, Andrina, Carole & Linda did a fabulous job at marketing my house & getting it sold. The photos were great & the video was also a great touch. I would obviously do your homework first as I did, having to choose from 5 Estate Agents in the end but I knew straight away when Gavin visited that I wanted to give my business to him. I would definitely recommend J D Wood they run a really professional service.
