Don’t trust these idiots with anything, they are incompetent beyond belief and are only interested in making money. They have no interest in supporting their tenants and just let landlords do what they like. Can’t wait for May 26 when tenants will be able to put these people where they belong

I’m a new landlord, Karl Tatler were the last in a long line of agencies I explored to manage my properties. From the outset the level of customer service, knowledge and property letting guidance stood above the others for me. Lauren (Property Manager) visited my first property to appraise and offered valuable guidance, which was invaluable at the start of my BTL journey. Karl Tatler colleagues regardless of position offer the same service and quality conversations. Each letting journey has been seamless. Do your research, actually discuss what is included in the management service (KT provide a comprehensive pack) and speak to other agents (if they ring you back at all that is) contact KT and you will see and hear the difference, I did and I’m very happy.

Karl Tatler Estate Agents are a pleasure to deal with. Calls are returned, and the staff are very pro-active when it comes to marketing and booking viewings. KT is also one of the few agents who ring you out of courtesy to tell you if a property is still available or not. So many agents simply ignore you, once they have got viewings booked on a property. Not Karl Tatler! I am more than impressed with this agency, I've dealt with two of their offices and the same high standards prevail throughout.
