GoogleKarl Tatler Estate Agents are a pleasure to deal with. Calls are returned, and the staff are very pro-active when it comes to marketing and booking viewings. KT is also one of the few agents who ring you out of courtesy to tell you if a property is still available or not. So many agents simply ignore you, once they have got viewings booked on a property. Not Karl Tatler! I am more than impressed with this agency, I've dealt with two of their offices and the same high standards prevail throughout. A particular mention to Lynzi and to Matt, who have both been excellent. Well done, Karl Tatler!

GoogleFantastic estate agent! Having been let down by an online agent I am so pleased I have chosen to use Karl Tatler. All of the team have handled my sale with absolute professionalism from the very start. Matt who I spoke to initially, Lauren who came to do the valuation and all of the the hard working sales and progression team in the office who achieved an incredible number of viewings in a matter of hours of my property going live! Karla and Jane especially have been brilliant at keeping me fully updated throughout the process and it is great to have a dedicated person ensuring the progression of the sale is as smooth as possible. I really can’t recommend them enough - thank you for helping our family achieve our dream move and for all your support and kindness.

GoogleVery happy with the service we have received from Karl Tatler. Staff are very friendly and always happy to help or answer queries. They were able to secure many viewings, a few offers, then finally a sale. Up until now we have dealt mostly with Matt and he has been amazing! Would recommend using this company to buy or sell!

FacebookAvoid. Nightmare experience. We were potential buyers. Sale and price agreed, then it turned out (as a result of our survey) there was a massive problem with the gas fire connections and the flue. KT admitted the vendor had told them about this, but they never passed this info on to us. We ended up walking away and losing a packet on conveyancing fees due to KT's incompetence. They even had the temerity, after we had stalled and said the seller would need to take some money off the price due to the defect, to phone us up and say "will you increase your offer? Because you've gone cold, they've now had other offers."

Overall i was pleased with my experience. At the start i was given a realistic sales price which was achieved in good time. The staff were always friendly and efficient. My only reservation would be down to communication issues. Often i did not get replies to messages i had left. When i raised this with Sue ( manageress ) she assured me that i could always contact her directly. She was true to her word so a big plus and a thank you for that.
