GoogleAfter some horrific experiences with Liverpool letting agents I was relieved to find ABC who were incredibly professional and very quickly addressed all the issues before sourcing a new tenant for me. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is looking for a professional organisation that know what they are doing and do it quickly with no fuss.

GoogleAVOID!!!!!!!!!Unprofessional and rude.
Enforce unreasonable demands citing the tenancy agreement, often times this is open to interpretation. They ignore professional advice sought from solicitors opting instead to threaten and belittle the customer.

GoogleThis place is a joke! Promised new kitchen and windows before I moved. When it was time to move in nothing has been done. So they promised to do it asap. Three years later nothing has been done. They blame the landlord. I will never use these people again or recommend them.
