GoogleAwful company, would highly recommend no one uses them
We won't comment specifically on your case but we will say it is expected of all tenants to cover the costs of any damage to the property (deemed tenant liability) when they vacate. We also remind tenants that as per their tenancy agreement: 4.1.17 The tenants agree not to engage in the submission of any information pertaining to the Tenancy and with particular reference to either the Landlord or the agent- namely ABC Property Shop on any multi media networking site including but not limited to facebook; twitter; instagram before, during or after the tenancy term has ended and for a minimum period of 3 years thereafter, unless invited to by the Agent or Landlord. Should it ever be found that items have been entered onto a multi media site all items / comments whether complimentary or derogatory must be removed within 24 hours of request. Failure to comply to this clause will result in proceedings being commenced by either the Agent or the Landlord
