They are competitively priced, but that didn't matter as I trusted them straight away, It was a warm gut feeling that paid off ten fold. They are well informed about the market and property valuations. They do their homework so they don't outprice you or under sell. What an amazing team Sell Well have. Katie has done an amazing job managing my sale from 14 viewings in 3 days, right through to completing 3 months later. I am beyond happy with my experience of Sell Well. Most importantly they are always on the end of the phone and email. Excellent communication and all the team have a positive reassuring attitude which in a process like this is so important as it can be an unsettling time. They make you feel like family! GoogleAbsolutely rude on the phone, I had a booking on a property on 29.06.2022 i drove all the way to property and the landlord says come back next week, bad managment, then for other viewing same day ive been promised a call back but never happened, however, i received a call with bad attitude asking why not attending for viewing, base on my experience i do not advise this agancy at all.

GoogleWe have had an outstanding experience from Sell Well from the very first meeting to final close of sale we have valued their professional advice. We chose three agencies to view and value our property and from the very beginning Sell Well impressed. Our property within hours of the advert being uploaded had viewings booked in on two viewing days. We were advised to request a best and final offer and within one week had thirteen offers to choose from. Again, Sell Well gave us really good advice based on our requirements. The process from advert to closure took ten weeks. Whenever the buyer or ourselves had an enquiry Sell Well facilitated through the process. Out of the initial three agencies chosen Sell Well was also the best value for money.
