You couldn't ask for a better team of people ( Mel, Karen, Nicola, Julie, Clair, Amber, Sarah, Katie, Rebecca and Tracy. All of them have worked tirelessly to make sure the whole process went as smoothly as possible. Purchasing a house is never as straight forward as you expect. but these guys have you covered every step of the way. They all have a wealth of knowledge and will literally bend over backwards to make sure everything goes to plan. We have used other estate agents and these guys outshine in every way. Don't think about it just use them!

The experience was amazingly streamlined by the work of the whole Sell Well team! They pitched the price just right (and above their local competitors); took fabulous pictures; were meticulous in booking viewings; and communicated excellently at every step of the sale. Driving around the local Walkden area, it is noticeable that people are catching on to the quality service of SellWell -- SellWell 'Sold' signs everywhere. Ultimately, SellWell helped us sell in 3 days, got us a price we were happy with and are very competitive with the commission rates. I am very happy to endorse this company.
