This is the second time we have purchased a property through sellwell, and the service they have offered on both occasions is exceptional. You couldn't ask for a better team of people ( Mel, Karen, Nicola, Julie, Clair, Amber, Sarah, Katie, Rebecca and Tracy. All of them have worked tirelessly to make sure the whole process went as smoothly as possible. Purchasing a house is never as straight forward as you expect. but these guys have you covered every step of the way. They all have a wealth of knowledge and will literally bend over backwards to make sure everything goes to plan. We have used other estate agents and these guys outshine in every way. Don't think about it just use them!

From the point of view of a first time buyer I have nothing but massive positives to say about sell well. Amber, who handled the sale was always available and Mel even picked up various emails and calls at times I wouldn’t have expected any response. Unfortunately my solicitor was responsible for delays in the process and Amber very regularly chased them (and me) on behalf of the seller. When it comes to selling my house, or recommending an agent to anyone who asks I won’t look anywhere else. Sell well are excellent, attentive, personable and I’m sure would do a fantastic job for me as a seller.

Last year we were in the sad position of having to sell our family home. SellWells were recommended to me by a friend and we are so glad we took their advice. Sellwells understood our position, were sympathetic but practical and they kept us updated regularly which is so important when you are new to this process . Sellwell achieved in 4 days what our previous agents failed to do in 4 months, sell our very marketable home. After that, this is when the 0.75% fee becomes worth it, you certainly "pay for what you get". Mel and her fantastic team had to deal with a complicated chain where two parties used online Agents and a certain firm of "budget" solicitors - all to save money but have a lack of communication, accountability and responsiveness. Mel and the Sellwell team professionally kept all things moving whilst other parties were in cuckoo land dreaming of moving dates - even when their legal teams hadn't even completed their enquiries. From the moment Ste came to my house to provide me with a valuation, I never looked anywhere else. They are competitively priced, but that didn't matter as I trusted them straight away, It was a warm gut feeling that paid off ten fold. They are well informed about the market and property valuations. They do their homework so they don't outprice you or under sell. What an amazing team Sell Well have.
