Great estate agent! Highly recommended. We had been looking for a property for over a year, after having a nightmare with other agents like Keenan’s, and incredibly rude agents at hills residential that would outright lie and even go so far as to make my partner cry with how rude they were. We were constantly rejected and undercut by cash investors or in some cases found out that our offers weren’t even being put to the table in favour of the investors so when we came across sellwell, we were pleasantly surprised. It was a breath of fresh air to have an honest interaction with an estate agent that were nothing but helpful from the moment we found the property. Any issues we had they were on hand to help especially when trying to liaise with the sellers through the contract period. We are incredibly greatful and appreciate all the help from Clair and Mel. I can not praise this company and these ladies enough! They manage to be organised, efficient and really personable at the same time. They are really easy to contact and always get back quickly. Their fee is more than competitive and I think people will struggle to get better service from companies that charge double what they ask. This is the second time I have used this estate agent and would highly recommend them. They are absolutely brilliant. They work really hard for their extremely reasonable fee, continuously updating you throughout the sale process, from start to finish. I have used a few agents over the years being a landlord and would rate these as my best. Some agents have charged more than twice the amount but do not match the service you get from sellWell.

Due to the high costs involved with using a high street Estate Agent, we decided to use Sell Well Online to sell our house. Our home had been on the market for nearly 10 months before we swapped to SellWellOnline. Could not have been more pleased with the service we received from Melanie and Karen at Sell Well Online. Professional, efficient, knowledgable and friendly. They were brilliant with everything from the photos and brochure to conducting all our viewings and negotiating a sale. They pushed everything through a complicated chain to completion and even thought about the easiest way for us to hand over the keys on moving day.
