GoogleI would not recommend sell well at all and had a traumatic and stressful 9-month experience with them which resulted in us taking our house off the market with them and going with a different estate agent. I found their customer service to be extremely poor along with their honesty and transparency. At the start, I expressed my anxieties about not finding a property and putting ours on for sale and being in a tricky situation. Karen reassured that they would help “move mountains” but then they never once emailed us or rang us with potential properties they were listing. We agreed to support occasional viewings on evenings or weekends, which actually led to us doing the majority of our own viewings. When we found a property we liked with them, we were then told viewings were full or that there was a 4 week wait for a Saturday appt, no loyalty to us being a client and certainly no ‘mountains being moved’. Poor communication and miscommunication issues. When you speak to anyone who isn’t the director, no one seems to know anything and can’t give an update, instead they always put you on hold and say they need to speak to Mel. Staff even made comments about the notes being unclear on system (probably why mistakes are made). We experienced an incident whereby a male worker told us the bottom of the chain buyer was a cash buyer however there was no accountability or compassion when we expressed our frustration that this was miscommunication they only denied that this happened and even tried to play me and my partner of each other, calling us individually when we requested we wanted to be rang in the evening when we were together to ensure transparency! When the chain collapsed for a second time there again was no compassion for our position. Instead Sell Well priortised the other vendor who hadn't Initially listed with them (unlike us). Also experienced a data protection leak, when we received details of someone elses house sale including full names and addresses by email. Countless lies and excuses that we caught out. Even taking our house of the market was made difficult. However it was the best decision we made. They report that they pride themselves on customer service but all of the above is why we are dissatisfied with the service and why we would avoid any further contact with them in the future and certainly would not recommend! Avoid at all costs!!

GoogleDear Sell Well Team, We are happy that out of all the real estate platforms where we initially registered, we discovered you, the Sell Well team, which was the most responsive, demonstrating collaboration, cooperation, permanent and constructive communication, professionalism and politeness. In the end, we finished this wonderful process with success that lasted almost 6 months. We are glad that together we traveled this path and we got the house we wanted. Especially, I want to thank the agent Katie from Sell Well who was always responsive, keeping in touch Thank you very much for everything! You are wonderful!👏 I strongly recommend Sell Well.🙂

GoogleSell Well have been fantastic from start to finish both with the sale of my property and the purchase of my new one. The professional photographs and advertising on different platforms really helped to sell my home quickly and at the price I wanted. When my buyer pulled out Sell Well quickly came to the rescue and I had 3 viewers lined up for following day and helped me to secure a new buyer (in just 3 days!) and pick up where we left off. Fantastic communication with Katie meant I was up to date every step of the way and reassured when I needed it. I would 100% recommend using Sell Well 👌

GoogleWe were shown around 7 properties in a row by Julie, she really went above and beyond telling us about the different benefits of each area. As we’re relocating from another city, we really appreciated finding out more about areas Julie also went way above expectations by transporting us between the properties at the last minute - this is not something we expected and genuinely appreciate. We had a lot of questions about the properties we were viewing. Julie answered these straight away for us and had taken the time to get all of the property info together. We’re still considering a few properties but anything else we view with Sell Well, we’ll be requesting Julie if she’s available!

GoogleWe sold our home via sell well. Steven valued the house he took the time to find out our circumstances he went through the valuation process to support the figure. With the house on the market we got frequent updates from sell well. We had advice when required in what was needed if anything to sell the property. After accepting an offer we got regular updates from sell well as to the process of the sale. We received more information from sell well then via our solicitor. It was obvious that the market is changing on a weekly/monthly bases it was clear that the staff at Sell Well have an in-depth knowledge of the market.

GoogleThe staff at Sell Well were brilliant and full credit goes to Clair she pulled out all the stops with the sale of the house, if I had any questions Clair would sort them out and went over and above. I was kept informed of progress and not once did I have to chase them up, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sell Well to anyone who needs an Estate Agent and would suggest that they should be everyone's first port of call

GoogleI couldn’t fault Katie at SellWell, she was brilliant from start to finish and really the shining star throughout the whole buying process. She was proactive and always called with an update or just to check in, which was appreciated and she was always so friendly and responsive to any query I had. SellWell are a great company and are super on top of it, highly recommend them! I am so pleased with my house and the service received from them.

GoogleI had my house up for sale months with another estate agent who I have to say came recommended and they did nothing so I decided to change to sell well . It was the best decision I could have ever made . They were superb from start to finish and my house sold in no time . Its amazing how much difference the wording and pictures made in our advert . They were definately more efficient and I was kept informed of things right until completion . I can't praise them enough and I highly recommend them. Thanks for all your help guys .

GoogleAs soon as we made contact, I knew I would be asking Sell Well to guide me through the difficult process of selling a property as an executor of a will. Karen, Melanie and Rebecca understood my needs from the start, they let me go at my pace, never putting me under pressure. Everyone in the team was on hand with answers and helpful advice from start to finish. I recommend Sell Well, especially if you are having to sell in order to execute a will! Their level of knowledge, combined with kindness and sensitivity makes them stand out above other agencies.

FacebookThink it’s fair to say I’ve had a bit of a mixed experience with SellWell, but would still recommend them as an Estate Agents. Pre-sale was great. Potential buyers were good and my property sold really quickly. After sales went well and I was really happy with the support from most of the team. Was slightly frustrated on the sale day...although the delay getting the keys was not Sell Wells responsibility, I had a relatively sharp call from one of the directors asking when I was going to drop of the keys off. The call wasn’t needed and would have expected them to deal with the situation rather than adding to an already stressful situation. I was also charged an incorrect fee and have had to ask for funds to be returned. I also purchased my property through Sell Well and that has gone through smoothly.

GoogleI bought a property through Sell Well and the whole experience was fantastic. The guys in the office, Clair and Mel were all first class. What I really liked was the consistency, always keeping in contact, chasing when things weren’t done. I would give you all 6 stars if I could. Thanks again for everything.
