GoogleAll the team over at Sell Well were amazing. They go above and beyond with any questions I had. Really friendly and easy to talk to. Julie showed me around 3 viewing in the space of a week. Everyone I spoke to was very helpful, enthusiastic and knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with. The photos and marketing were great, my house sold in 6 days! Clair, who helped push through the sale and the purchase, keeping all parties informed, and chasing solicitors, was absolutely brilliant, and lovely too. The level of communication was spot on and greatly appreciated. A really competitively priced service and worth every penny. Highly recommended.

The though of selling my family home in which I had lived for 33 years was a very daunting prospect but the whole team at Sell Well made me feel at ease and provided a very streamlined process (I wish I could say the same about the Solicitors). Really poor communication and changing the goalposts when trying to sell a property to us. Spoke to the vendor as well and they said the same thing, went through the vendor instead and it was a lot simpler and easier. The vendor had informed me that they were making decisions for them without their knowledge as well. We found the women on the phone abrasive and rude as did the vendors
