GoogleYour Move has been helpful throughout our tenancy. As a group of students living in private accommodation for the first time, your move advocated for us to the landlord and explained processes we weren't necessarily aware of. I would like to mention Gabby Casson in particular as she has been continuously supportive and helpful through any problems that we had and through the process of getting our deposit back. She is a warm and friendly person who cares about giving tenants a good experience and always asks about how she can improve.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality

GoogleHi, As a landlord, I’ve been working with Your Move agency ever since last year and I appreciate the work done for me. The letting team were very helpful and found me good tenants. Della Frith from the admin team, in particular, has been so helpful and efficient with all the admin work and answering any queries. She made the whole process smooth and fast paced. GoogleDella is always very very helpful when we have had many problems with our student house! I’m often ringing her upset and with a new issue but she never gets annoyed and always deals with it as quickly as possible! Thank you della from the 36 SA girls!!

They were completely transparent and we were kept constantly informed. GoogleWhat really made our experience was Charlotte, our agent. She's organised, professional and most importantly genuine. You could tell it wasn't about getting us to buy a house as quickly as possible she looked to find the house that was right for us which is in our view the most important quality of an agent that many will lack but she doesn't.

GoogleYour move have managed a property on my behalf for the last 4 years and been a very understanding and professional intermediary. The whole team are committed and deal with everything from tenants whose expectations are unrealistic to those where police have needed to be involved. Altogether their experience with dealing with stressful situations is invaluable. I would recommend their services

GoogleWish I had come to see the review before going with your move egham...my whole experience of living in UK has been spoiled by them. These people are very dishonest, disrespectful and Cruel. Before getting it to lease, they’ll promise you the world. But once you sign the lease, they’ll treat you in one in billion. For every issues, they’ll have reason” we have other tenant orders to fix or take care”. Wish they had told me this before I signed the lease. It’s definitely a life changing decision (worst decision )to go with your move... Again I wish, we had a zero rating to rate them, that’s what these guys deserve.
Hi Gurudas Sp, When you took this property through the branch, you requested a number of items to be rectified before you moved in. We can confirm that we had the house professionally cleaned, completely redecorated and a new mattress and other smaller items were given. There were items which you requested that we advised would not be possible. All maintenance items reported have been instructed and the contractor has been in touch with you. We are sorry if you feel that this has not been completed in the time frame you have wished for but we can assure you that the branch works hard to make sure all is completed in the property. GoogleIf I could rate them a 0 I would, they’re forcing me to sleep in a room with black mould and suggested not even doing work on it until the tenancy ended. They also claimed it was professionally cleaned and it was disgusting when we moved in. I’ve heard so many other horror stories along the same lines. Do not recommend for students.
