The Village complex was very well maintained. We were made very welcome by the staff and was offered a drink whilst we waited for a short time in lovely comfortable surroundings.The tour of the apartments was comprehensive; all of our questions were answered and we were left with no doubts about the process if we decide to proceed further.

TrustpilotPros and cons of owning an Audley apartment
I loved the apartments and the whole complex. The only problem I had was, depending on the amount of service charge you decide to pay, you either owe Audley 1% or 2%, of the selling price, per annum for each year you live there. So after 15 years, which is the maximum number of years they charge for, you owe Audley 15% or 30% of your property. It’s ok if properties are increasing in value but I have found that these type of properties don’t increase in the same way as individual private homes. Apart from that I would have bought one of their beautiful apartments a long time ago. The staff are lovely too.

The village is well located and with lots of amenities. The building is very clean and with spacious communal areas. The show apartments are really nice and comfortable to live in.

I found the tour of St Elphin’s excellent. The agent gave me so much information and answered all of my questions. I was impressed by the friendliness of the staff and residents of the village. Two spoke with me and said how happy they had been since moving there. I am seriously considering it. Lovely atmosphere.

Completely fulfilled the purpose of our visit, ie to view the village and some properties and to get a feel for the ambiance in the public areas.We gained an understanding about the detail of owning a property in this village.We were given ample time with the manager to discuss costs etc.All in all a very enjoyable visit .

Friendly open discussions of all aspects of living in the Audley Village. Perused a flat and a house and was impressed with the workmanship. The area was nicely laid out and the residents took pride in their areas. They adorned their houses and flats with flowering plants in pots and kept their balconies etc very tidy.
