The experience was very interesting and the presentation was very professional.After much discussion with my wife though we came to the conclusion that Audley Villages would not be suitable for us.

Ralph firstly offered me a cup of tea! He then showed me around, explained clearly what amenities were available and showed me a selection of available flats. He was extremely helpful, in no way pushing me to make a decision and allowed plenty of time for me to see everything and ask questions. I will be revisiting in order to make a decision whether to buy.

I enjoyed seeing work in progress on a site of lawns and trees, new builds and alterations to the original 'big house'. Food for thought.

Ollie showed my husband and I around Mayfield and answered all our questions.He chatted to us about the important considerations of costs, facilities and activities within the village, help available, care packages later on etc.He also discussed with us some of the considerations in moving such as how we would feel about downsizing, giving up a garden etcThere was no pressure to buy.
