1. Meeting started and finished on time.2. We were greeted well and all the other staff we met were warm and positive about the village.3. The introductory information was clear and had sufficient detail, especially the costs associated with the purchase and subsequent charges.4. The tour of the facilities and properties was clear.5. Finally we received today the follow up information on the properties we expressed interest in.

My parents moved to Audley Redwood in 2020 and the management has been disorganised and chaotic. The apartment has had a heating fault for months - still unresolved. Three managers have now come and gone. The last one was managing two villages and was clearly not up to it. My mum died in March and he couldn’t even be bothered to send condolences. I am not impressed.

The whole concept of the village is good,although we felt Scarcroft area is rather isolated.The quality of the building was excellent,kitchen and bathroom fitting good and practical.14 July 2023 Mrs B Balmer

I'm sick of receiving unsolicited letters from Audley.Not only are the price of their 'homes' exorbitant, they charge £600 per year for one car park. If you ever want to sell your apartment or home they want 30%. reports of meals and servive are bad, even on their website reviews. For me this is far worse than equity release.Would recommend any financial involvement with this comp[any be avoided.
