Visited Audley Fairmile, Cobham for the first time. Meeting and greeting all very efficient and presentation comprehensive. Site still under construction so not ideal but a decent impression was obtained.

Excellent facilities, and the outlook from the apartments I viewed was very pleasant. No built in wardrobes in the bedrooms and no outside storage for bicycles and the like.

Kirsty spent two and a half hours with me explaining everything in great detail and showing me round all the facilities. Very impressed with the high quality finish of the apartments, the pool, gym, and other areas. A great setup which would have suited me perfectly had the access into central London been easier and faster.

Although all questions answered fully a show flat was not yet completed and could not be viewed! Amazed that everyone's time largely wasted in this way
