GoogleOwner I have used Umega for a number of years now and find their service outstanding. Everyone is helpful, courteous and professional and nothing is too much trouble. A recent unfortunate need to terminate a tenancy and the preparation for re letting, and re letting was handled with great professionalism by Nikki who went above and beyond the call of duty in dealing with the whole matter. Great team ; Great company.

GoogleAll of my dealings with Umega Lettings have been very positive. They were very prompt at getting back to me about organising viewings and their information pack is full of great tips for people who are new to renting. Jacqueline was very friendly and accommodating while dealing with queries about the lease signing and key collection.

GoogleHaving heard so many positive reviews of Umega, I decided to look for a rental flat with them. After being offered a flat, loads of technical issues came along the way due to the varying policies of other letting agencies, almost resulting in the withdrawal of the offer. After informing the negotiating team about my sticky situation, I expected a complete withdrawal of my application. However, to my disbelief, they went above and beyond to negotiate with the landlord to secure the flat my partner, and I wanted! I am incredibly grateful to the team for all their hard work and for making the entire process feel more personal than just another "client", especially to Rebecca Fenwick, who constantly reassured me throughout the process and went beyond her duty to help us secure the flat. I 110% would recommend Umega if you are looking for an agency that is personal, responsive and trustable. The overall experience was better than expected from start to end!

GoogleUmega have always been fantastic to work with. They are quick to answer any questions (no matter how big or small), they are super helpful and always friendly and approachable. From fixing emergency frozen burst pipes, to keeping us right with every day safety checks I can not fault them. I wouldn't go anywhere else and would 100% recommend.

GoogleWas a tenant for ~3 years, reasonable and polite staff who treat students like tenants. Even after i forgot a dear childhood object behind once i had moved out, they were willing to go back into the property and bring it back to me.
