GoogleI had a wonderful experience renting through Umega Letting Agency. They were professional and responsive, making the entire rental process smooth and hassle-free. Especially, our portfolio manager Courtney, she is very helpful and hardworking.

GoogleI was initially content with Umega when everything was running smoothly. However, when issues arose and we sought assistance, we encountered a complete lack of responsiveness. Our emails went unanswered, and not a single phone call was acknowledged. Regrettably, we were compelled to contact the local council regarding housing issues, but the agency's unresponsiveness has hindered progress. The prolonged frustration has made it imperative for the agency to prioritize communication and answer their phones promptly.

GoogleOur family had very poor service from the lettings dept at this Estate Agency, In our opinion it is is unfit for purpose. They claim to be “No 1” but No 1 at What? and who decided they were No 1? maybe No 1 for poor service ! They promised our relative they would look after the property if we chose them to let the property out and to also opt for the “fully managed option” at additional charge but their care of the property and regular inspections on our behalf as landlords were just amateurish in the extreme and inept. This is not the estate agency that it once was. ! Our family will have nothing to do with them ever again, using this company cost us and lost us a lot of money! Beware of this company!

GoogleWe have gone through a few letting agencies in the last couple of years but Umega is the best by far. Very friendly agent (Sarah) and very prompt responses to our queries.

GoogleI attended a group viewing of a flat in Musselburgh with Umega. The guide, Rebecca, was very friendly, helpful and personable. She was very ready to answer all questions and she did so in an appreciative, respectful manner. She seems to be a person who likes people and who thoroughly enjoys working with them. In my contact with Umega generally I have found them to be appreciative and pleasant.

GoogleWe’ve had an excellent experience renting with Umega for 2 years, any problems have been dealt with promptly, inspections and maintenance well organised and conducted regularly and we’ve had great communication from everyone involved. Wouldn’t hesitate to rent a property with Umega in future.
