GoogleHelpful service getting the house on the market and organising the many viewings in a busy market. We eventually achieved a sale that suited our situation despite challenging market conditions. We were never pressured to take the highest offer but were able to accept the offer that best met our needs and timescales. This was our first time using an estate agent as our solicitor has exited ESPC. But there was still plenty of interest despite our concern about not marketing on the ESPC site. Overall we thought it went well.
