Dear William I’m sorry the For Sale board caused you irritation. I take great pride in providing the maximum exposure for every property I market. This board has only been up a day and the property will be on the market soon. Occasionally there are delays in the marketing process due to the weather or the client needing more time to prepare the property. I apologise you were unable to reach me immediately, I always call back missed calls or people that leave a message the same day/evening but your number displays as a “private number” and you did not leave a voicemail so I could not contact you. You are right to say I am the only person in my company. I am proud to offer a truly personal service to my clients and I do work from home, as I prefer to visit them at their properties rather than inconvenience them.
