Good afternoon, We are sad to hear that you did not have a great experience whilst storing with our store. After speaking to the store manager he explained that the lift is a goods only lift and may cut off if a person is detected within the lift. We appreciate your comments in regards to only having one lift and this has been fed back and taken on board. We aim to give the best customer service and a great experience whilst storing with us and apologise that you feel you didn’t receive the level we strive to achieve. Thanks for using Safestore.
