GoogleWe moved to our rental back in September and are so happy with Rettie and their super efficient team. We highly recommend this team and its perfect when they assign a specific agent for each of us. Our agent - Sarah Dimelow, has been of utmost help and very positive and approachable. The team as whole seems to be professional and friendly. Maintenance requests were taken care of very quickly and with ease.

GoogleOur experience with Rettie was a mix of positives and negatives. The tenancy didn’t start smoothly due to issues with the initial handover and communication with our first property manager. That said, we’re leaving a five-star review because of Fraser. He was professional, kind, and thorough. Having rented in Edinburgh for six years, he’s the only property manager I’ve encountered who genuinely carried out a proper flat inspection. He listened to our concerns, was fair, and clearly pointed out things to watch out for. Our check-out process was also smooth. Thank you, Fraser!

Although we did not rent one of their properties, they gave us a professional service and were very helpful. Communication was excellent, especially as we were communicating from the West Coast of the USA. Particular mention to Margaret Falconer and Niamh Rayfield for all their efforts. Any issues are quickly resolved by the letting team, and they are always on hand to help with anything we need. Our property manager, Jessica, is particularly helpful and always very friendly and accommodating, particularly during inspections. We could not recommend Rettie more as a letting agent!

It was a good fit, not without teething difficulties as we needed to find the right property manager from the team for us. We are not nearby so our trust in a sensible, efficient, reliable, experienced representative was crucial. We now feel this has been achieved. GoogleIwona in the lettings dept has been taking care of my Mother's flat very well for the past 3 years. Compared with the other letting agents we have used over the years Retties have always followed up on queries, dealt with any repairs or redecoration that have been needed in a very speedy fashion. It does feel as though they have your best interests at heart.
