I’ve had a really good experience with this letting agency. The property manager has been great to deal with - friendly, professional, and always on top of things. What stood out most was the communication; they have been quick to respond, clear, and easy to get hold of whenever I had a question or wish to discuss any issue. They also work with reliable, professional contractors who attend the property promptly and sort out any issues without hassle. Rettie have now been looking after our HMO rental property in Edinburgh for the past two years. The tenants are students, which has meant them having to deal with different students leaving/joining the flat at different times.
