GoogleBuying a home has been an immensely difficult process to navigate, but Lucy Manson at Ralph Sayer was a fantastic help to us, very reassuring and took excellent care of us throughout with quick and informative responses when we needed them most. I would recommend Ralph Sayer, and specifically Lucy, to any lay person facing the daunting task of buying a property. We were in very good hands.

GoogleSayers advertised a house for sale. We emailed them for a viewing. They sent two conflicting replies. We responded, requesting an appointment. They didn't reply to clarify the situation.
Good morning, We received an enquiry through Rightmove on 25th July at 11.22am. This generates an automated email. Our property team immediately followed this up with an email to you at 25th July at 11.25am advising the property was under offer and hence there would be no further viewings. You then replied to the automated email on 25th July at 12.57pm requesting to view. Our property team replied to you instantly on 25th July at 12.57pm again advising that the property was under offer and the seller was no longer taking viewings. Your statement "they didn't reply to clarify the situation" is factually incorrect as we replied to you immediately (twice) to confirm the property was under offer. GoogleIf you use these guys don't expect them to pick out all the most important aspects of the agreement. I have been lumped with a huge annual insurance cost that they hadn't highlighted. It's true I could have seen it myself, but a better lawyer would have made sure I was aware of it.
