My five stars goes to GEORGE, who helped sell my property. I couldn’t recommend him as a real estate agent more, he made the whole sale process completely smooth for me with updates every few days. I was worried it would be stressful selling from abroad but with him it was hassle free. Thank you again George!

From the first call with Stuart Quate to market our property, Ralph Sayers staff acted in a very professional manner. They kept us updated with the sale and purchase and answered any questions we had. Lucy Manson kept us up to date throughout they process even when we were feeling a bit stressed she reassured us it would all fall into place in the end and it did. Would highly recommend

Ivan and his team are so professional, friendly and extremely helpful. As a first time seller, it all seemed so unfamiliar but the team were never troubled by my many questions and helped to explain the process in easy to understand language. They kept me well informed at every step of the selling process. I would 100% recommend Ralph Sayer to friends and family.

The process was very easy from start to finish with the whole Ralph Sayer team looking after us and keeping us updated every step of the way. Huge thank you to Ivan, Katie, Robyn and Sheila for all their help throughout the process. Highly recommend the Ralph Sayer Team.

As a first-time buyer I found the solicitor at Ralph Sayer extremely cold, lacking in human communication or warmth, just throwing legal jargon at me, and when I asked why missives were being concluded so late or why I had not been asked for this information back in April when I first completed my online form, my questions were completely ignored and the focus was all just on making sure I had sent the fees and pushing me to send things quickly with no response to any of my questions. It just felt like interacting with a robot and made the whole thing extremely stressful and confusing, so disappointing. Even ChatGPT would probably be more personable.

I recently sold a property and used Ralph Sayer for the conveyancing. The whole process was fantastic from start to finish. The staff are great; very friendly and communicative making sure you are updated each step of the way. Smoothest house sale transaction I have experienced. Would definitely recommend and will use again in the future. Thanks to Maggie, Ivan, Lesley and Steven for a 1st class service.

I used this amazing company to sell my house and for help in buying my new flat. I found every one I dealt with to be so helpful and knowledgable even when we experienced some legal difficulties, and I would not hesitate to use them again. 5 stars (well earned).

I recommended this company to friends and family. Maggie dealt with the purchase of my last property. Jordan helped a friend with the 1st time purchase of their property. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Professional and attention to detail nothing was too much trouble.

We used Ralph Sayer to purchase our first home and can't recommend them enough. Ivan and his team were so helpful, explained everything clearly and all queries were answered very quickly. After a stressful experience with another firm, the experience we had with Ralph Sayer was amazing and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Absolutely amazing service from start to finish …

We recently used Ralph Sayer to sell our flat in Edinburgh and buy our forever home. I cannot fault the service we received. We felt supported at every step and their service was impeccable. I was particularly struck by the personal level of service. We were able to speak with a member of the team at any time, no hanging around waiting for contact or information. We were also advised well , securing a great price for our house, due to their expertise and reassurance.

We have recently used Ralph Sayer for the purchase of our new home and sale of our old property (both in Edinburgh) and we would definitely recommend them for both buying and selling. Ralph Sayer are very good at explaining the buying and selling procedures at the beginning which we found useful as we had not bought or sold for a long time. Their negotiation skills to get the best price with the seller of the property we eventually bought; and also the buyer of the property we sold, are excellent. They communicated quickly with us by phone, email and post on the negotiations and also timings for viewings with interested parties. They organise the inspection of the property we sold for the Home Report (Shepherds); the marketing brochure - photography, floor plans, property tour (Property Studios); the sales board; and the online visibility (ESPC, Rightmove, ralphsayer.com etc). The legal team is good at concluding missives and they dealt with any issues efficiently. The various professionals we dealt with at Ralph Sayer are very efficient, polite and we always thought that they were acting in our best interests.

Contacted them because my missives from…

Contacted them because my missives from Ralph Hendrie legal hadn’t been sent to me, I needed to activate my ten year warranty with them and the solicitors were no longer in business. It took one phone call and ivan took my details, sent me a form, and two days later he has activated my warranty. I had been panicking about this and how I was going to get hold of the documents so for him to make it this easy was amazing service. Will absolutely be my new solicitors from now on.

Do not use Ralph Sayer as your solicitors to buy your house. Firstly, they kept getting my email wrong and sending my personal information to some random email address which is a huge issue and something I asked them to rectify multiple times. We also were asked if we wanted to buy furniture from the owners, we said we did. But our solicitors didn't pass on our email so the furniture was already sold. They are expensive, useless and you have to keep chasing them to make sure they are doing the work. They made a mistake on so many forms and tried to overcharge us by adding the first time buyer discount, instead of subtract it!. So incompetent.

I always felt that the communication was first class. That's somewhat of a rarity in today's times. My contact person, Louise Wright, was wonderful. I always felt that she was truly listening, and she answered any emails very promptly. Bravo Ralph Sayer! Highly recommended!
