GoogleI had the pleasure of working with Becky, who was my assigned solicitor for the purchase of an investment property. She was professional throughout, extremely responsive, and always clear in her communication. Any issues that came up were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Becky even worked during her annual leave, including the day before Christmas Eve, to help ensure the purchase completed on time, which really went above and beyond. A great experience from start to finish, and I’d also like to thank Ivan for his support throughout the process.

GoogleExcellent service throughout our first house purchase. Jadiene was consistently helpful, explained everything clearly, and took the time to answer any questions we had to ensure we fully understood the documents. As a first-time buyer, this made the whole process feel far less overwhelming. This was aided well by Piotr in GetMortgage who I know works closely with Ralph Sayer too.

GoogleWe were referred to Ralph Sayer by our mortgage broker and I am very glad that it happened. They were great through the purchase of our first home and made sure everything happened on time. We got our keys before lunch time on the day of completion and couldn't have been happier. There was very little stress and the team made us feel like everything was under control. We barely had lift a finger. Thanks to Angie, Maggie and everyone else who worked on our purchase for answering our questions, keeping us updated and for making sure nothing went wrong. We have heard a lot of horror stories about solicitors and purchasing a home, but I can confidently say that we didn't face any of those issues whatsoever. I am sure when it comes time to move again, we will be in touch :)

Katy kept us up to date at every stage, she empathised and really listened and eventually solved our unique case in a timely manner. It is people like Katy who make the real difference in this society and we are so lucky to have had you as our representative. THANK YOU!

As first-time buyers, we were quite anxious about the process, but it turned out to be remarkably smooth and stress-free which is down to Ralph Sayer. Our offer was submitted and accepted within just two hours, and we moved into our new home within six weeks without any issues.
