I would recommend them to anyone who asked me for advice on selling a home. Particular thanks to Laura Jane who managed to keep me level headed and who couldn't do enough to help. Cannot fault them... brilliant from start to finish. Omar was excellent at keeping us notified of any and all actions on our property and their online web portal that displays all of the dates and details for viewings as well as email reminders were a great help! Thoroughly impressed with them and will be recommending their services to anyone in need of a top class estate agent!

I recently viewed a flat listed in Leith Shore by McEwan Fraser Legal and was honestly left traumatised by the experience. The flat looked absolutely nothing like the photos online. In reality, it was in an appalling state, and I felt genuinely unsafe being there, no wonder the viewings weren’t being conducted by the agents themselves. The level of misrepresentation in the listing was completely unacceptable. It’s extremely disappointing, and I hope McEwan Fraser Legal seriously reviews how they present properties and vet viewing arrangements. No one should be put in a situation like that.

*edit* I received a phone call from a member of the team after leaving this review & they dealt with the issue amazingly so I've given 5 stars. Sometimes it's not about the problem, it's about how they resolve it. Came round to provide estimated value for my house with the intention of selling. Guy left saying he'd be in touch the following week with value. Never heard back and despite calling 3 times for an update, I got nothing. You shouldn't waste people's time like that. If you don't have time for new clients - be straight forward about it on the phone!

28 months on from completion of purchase of new property still no completion certificate passed to me. Emailed - no response. Called and was told this will take some weeks as it will have been filed and someone will have to manually go through files then scan it, then send to me. This is all after I have paid in full for their services and their error in not sending to me. This is after poor service and house builder threatening to pull my purchase as MF took so long completing missives.
