It was on the market for three days and had 8 viewings, of these viewing 3 people were interested and a closing date was set within the week. I received over the home report value and was over the moon. I recommended them to a friend who has now also sold his property. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to more friends and family.

GoogleVery very poor customer service. Very difficult to book viewings with them. They do not return calls when promised. Avoid doing business with these people as you will end up frustrated and wasting your time!

GoogleHaving just had a smooth journey up to receiving an offer on our property today, we look forward to purchasing our now home with this company as well. The staff are excellent and nothing is too much to explain, even to inexperienced people as myself! I believe you could be selling a terraced house (as I was) and still be treated as if you were selling a mansion!! Keep up the good work.

For a first time seller, the "one stop service" from start to finish was exactly what I needed. My primary points of contact were surveyor Mike McMullan and Emma Duff from Sales and Marketing who both went above and beyond to keep me updated and guide me through the process, and I can't recommend both highly enough!

GooglePoor service, rude staff members. Offered nothing to separate them from other agents apart from extended opening hours and inflated costs. Will never use them again for selling and will never buy a house being sold by them

GoogleMcEwan Fraser Legal provided a professional and efficient service which is second to none. Their use of technology to keep vendors informed is innovative and effective. All of the team worked really hard to ensure that our property was well marketed and matched to relevant purchasers. Their customer service is excellent and we could not fault their approach.
