Really good service received. All the staff were friendly and helpful and I was very impressed with how much info I was able to view using the property homepage that they set up for you. It really made me feel like I was aware at all times of how the sale of my property was going. I could see who was requesting the Home Report and how many hits my property had on the internet. It was also good to know potential viewers could contact MFL to book, out of office hours. Most importantly McEwan Fraser Legal managed to achieve an offer over my asking price, when other Estate Agents had tried to convince me to put it on for far less. We have to say that we cannot recommend MFL highly enough. Our property was on the market previously with another agent for almost 2 years without success, in fact they only managed 3 viewings for us in that time. In 4 months MFL managed to get us 14 viewings along with dozens and dozens more interested in our property. Just last wee k we received an offer which we have accepted, which we are over the moon about. The staff at MFL are without exception, friendly and professional and we have found them a pleasure to deal with. Yes they are more expensive but they get the job done, that is why we went to them and they delivered. If you want your property sold quickly, these are the guys to do it. Excellent service throughout the entire process. House marketed within 14 days of initial contact, viewings organised quickly and efficiently, with an offer made within 5 days of going live online. Every member of staff we dealt with was friendly and helpful and the online property tracking service is a fantastic tool for keeping track of progress (although staff keep you well informed by telephone and email anyway!). Would definitely recommend McEwan Fraser Legal and would be happy to deal with them again in the future. Easy to see why they are award winners, thanks to all the team for their hard work! I found McEwan Fraser Legal, once we had the brochure and photographs to my liking, to be marvellous. They were enthusiastic, efficient, friendly, helpful, and they kept me informed of any developments every step of the way. And they were open in the evenings! They emailed people who viewed my property for follow up reviews, and more importantly, they found out each viewer's circumstances eg if they had already sold, or were investors. If it wasn't exactly painless, it was made more pleasant by the way McE F L handled everything. Very happy.

I have read some of the reviews from people selling through McEwan Fraser and I can't comment on that... However, we had a very poor purchasing experience! To be fair, the sellers were in Wales and Hong Kong so it couldn't have been easy handling communications on their behalf! Nonetheless, taking all things into consideration... McEwan Fraser performed very poorly. We got the feeling that they wanted no more to do with the house. Not impressed and wouldn't recommend!

With McEwan Fraser Legal you get absolute professionalism. My wife and I have been delighted with the customer service, speed in which our brochure was completed and quality of the finished product. If you are a first timer or new to the market make sure you understand all the possible costs and timings based on the differences between Scotland and other countries with less developed conveyancing! exactly the same experience as Kevin Jeffrey. They were acting for the sellers and didn't seem to be communicating with our solicitors until the last minute. Day before the sale was to go through turns out they hadn't got the necessary signatures from the sellers who were abroad. Their communication at this point became no existent. Somehow it got sorted but only after 24hours of stress and zero apology.

The whole process was every easy and professionally handled. 3 weeks after my house went on sale i had 3 offers on the table. Mcewan Fraser are certainly one of the more expensive estate agents but its money well spent and i cant rate them highly enough.
