GoogleBooked two viewings. Received confirmation emails. Neither seller showed up. I complained both times, to no avail. Wasted time and money. This is no way to run a business. Shame on you.

GoogleGreat service from start to finish. Friendly, experienced staff. Nothing too much trouble. Easy to contact- always someone to speak to when we had to. When you are spending a lot of money, you want people who will work hard for you- and they do- they get results.They were recommended to us and we would definitely recommend them to friends and family. Very professional team- can't thank them enough.

GoogleYou hear all kinds of stories when it comes to buying a house, usually involving a lot of waiting around and unanswered phone calls and emails. Paula at McEwan Fraser made the process so simple, in-fact buying a house with McEwan Fraser seemed easier and quicker than changing the broadband once in the house. The team at McEwan Fraser provided a world-class service, with regular updates throughout.

GoogleBad experience for me. Left work early raced to view a property and the agent didn’t turn up. Doesn’t speak highly for selling houses if appointments to prospective buyers can’t be kept.
