Honestly I can't praise Imran Iqbal and Christin Hunte from DJ A enough. I explained to Imran my current situation and that I was very interested in a particular flat. On that same day he agreed the let on behalf of the owner and Christin sent me the letting contract to sign as well as the referencing portal to upload them. By the next working day, it was done! Honestly can't recommend enough. 10/10 Thanks Imran & Christin!

Professional and knowledgeable

I have had a few viewings in Edinburgh with the excellent Property Manager Paul Hyett-Czompo. Paul has been extremely polite, professional and very knowledgeable. Although I have not found the right property for me, Paul has helped propose other properties and book me in for viewings. Always replies to my messages very promptly and is a real pleasure to deal with. Couldn't recommend him highly enough and is a top agent.

Caroline was my first point of contact right from securing the property during one of the busiest times in Glasgow's rental chaos to ending my tenancy a year and a half later. The service of DJ Alexander property management is excellent. I inspected the property at Easter Dalry Road. It was nicely furnished and maintained well. The property manager Kieran Mooney was very professional. The entire process was smooth and efficient. He spend considerable time talking to me and had lot of patience to answer my concerns. He adviced me with further steps. I will recommend the propery management to my friends and relatives.

Absolute incompetence from their staff all round. Spoken to several people from their management team and they had a takeover all while there’s been an ongoing issue for the last 6 months. The property above my flat that they are supposed to be managing caused damage to my bathroom with a leak and the issue still has not been sorted. Told that another company Lomond is dealing with the Bristol area and they have been just as useless. I am now resorting to reviews and higher management and would absolutely advise to avoid them. No care for people that have to suffer and avoiding emails and phone calls.

I’ve been a tenant with DJ Alexander for nearly 5 years and they’ve taken great care of me! After unfortunately having to leave my current flat due to my landlord moving in, DJ have been amazing at helping me find a new place to move. Good & Bad

I Have had both, good and bad experiences with DJ Alexander. When I first moved in, that was last Feb'22 the heater was not working due to which I could not move in for a week despite paying the rent. This should have been checked before renting out the property. It was very difficult to reach out to them as they were on leave or not active. The furniture in the living room is not in great condition. Seems like the previous tenant had a cat, which was not addressed. Very basic and outdated furnitures and appliances. I would really appreciate it if this was considered and discussed with the landlord. However, I have found a very good and active response lately as I had requested for change of tenancy agreement. The process was smooth and clear and Anita was a great help. However, I have requested a few repairs and hoping to get it fixed at a reasonable time. I will update my review post this.
