I don't know what want wrong, I have been using Djalexander app looking for accommodation to rent for the past 1 year plus, all to no avail.When I apply viewing will be booked. hubby will attend, or I will take a day off where I work to attend the viewing sometimes I will attend with my uniform on at the end the flat won't be given to me, I have viewed more than 50 flats here in Edinburgh, no documents will be requested, I will receive an email saying I'm unsuccessful. During the process of going to veiw properties, I lost my 3 months pregnancy.My hubby and I had to rent a room to manage. I am left with nothing my heart will be fill with negative thoughts about Djalexander.

I had a very constructive cooperation with the representative of the real estate agency that has helped me a lot in my search for the most appropriate property that suits my taste.Amber was really helpful and polite and was willing to arrange a virtual viewing for me as I live outside the UK.All in all, I highly recommend Dj Alexander lettings to anyone who wants to rent a property its staff is really friendly and in close proximity to the customers but also they offer a wide range of options for the potential tenants.

Our short 3 month stint with DJ Alexander can only be described as 3 months of disorganization, poor communication, and extortionate charges.After having multiple issues with the property we were renting from DJ, we found ourselves going round in circles trying to even have the issues acknowledged, so after only 2 months we terminated our tenancy. In our checkout report, our property manager Asif Mohammad stated that the grass in the shared garden space was overgrown, but he stated in the report that we weren't responsible for this; despite this we were hit with a £175 bill for supposedly overgrown grass during our move-out. After checking around for quotes to cut a small patch of grass if was significantly less than what they had charged, but seeing as DJ use their very own gardening services, it wasn’t surprising that they charge extortionate prices to fleece tenants of their deposits.Getting responses from the end of tenancy “manager” Craig Mitchell felt like pulling teeth, we spent months of back and forwards emails. When we tried the deposits scheme, DJ Alexander conveniently waited out the 30-day clock before replying. Frustratingly, almost 5 months after moving out we ended up paying just to be done with it. For anyone thinking of going with DJ Alexander, DON’T DO IT, you will regret. Try other letting agents like Burgh, Clan Gordon, Murrie and Currie etc.

I was on call with Ms. Amber Moyes, to help in scheduling viewings for properties. She was very helpful and kind, answering all my questions and explaining the renting process here, and provided good tips on when to call in case of viewing cancellations for other properties. I had 7 properties I wanted to book viewings for, which I was worried would be overwhelming, but Amber was very understanding and patient, and we went through each one to find viewing times to attend. Excellent customer service!

I called today to get some help on viewings for rentals in Edinburgh. This September I’ll be starting my masters at the university but I live in England so it is rather stressful at the moment trying to find accommodation in Edinburgh. Amber was very reassuring on the phone and did all she could to help, even arranging virtual viewings and checking several properties availability.
