Very professional and helpful

We have been completely delighted with the service provided by DJ Alexander and especially by our point of contact Stephen Lawson. He is pleasant, professional and has a wealth of knowledge which made it all the easier for us to choose DJ Alexander to rent our flat for us. The level of service is all encompassing and they have dealt with us and the new tenants with great communication, a cheerful and completely trustworthy professionalism. There is a whole team, and we really appreciated all their work for us. I highly recommend.

Landlord experience

As a landlord I dealt with DJ Alexander for many years and always found them polite, friendly, experienced and extremely helpful. I would particularly like to thank Ilona Malkova and very especially, Jill Pirie for all the advice and help over the years.

Efficient and responsive

Worked with Elaine Thompson from the Edinburgh office to rent a flat for our son. Elaine was very responsive and efficient, guiding us through the various stages of the process and liaising with the landlord as well as welcoming us to the flat once our application had been successfully processed. Thanks Elaine!

My experience looking to rent a flat with DJ Alexander was extremely positive. Mark who showed us the property was charismatic and helpful, and Christin was extremely prompt in all his communication with us so we never felt out of the loop or stuck. The process for supplying documents was thorough but fairly straightforward.

Our letting agent

Our letting agent, Ellie McVitie was early to the showing and allowed me to view the property a wee while earlier. She also walked us through the application process and discussed any repairs that were necessary and answered all our questions. Truly made the whole process a lot easier.

Housing crisis

During the current housing crisis Asif was helpful by discussing the rental market with me. This information helped me to secure a property in an extremely difficult market. During the current rental market Asif and his knowledge were key to renting with DJ Alexander. Gill has been very efficient on getting back it emails and handing all queries very well.

Amazing Agents!

My girlfriend and I had an outstanding experience when finding a propertyto rent in Edinburgh through D.J. Alexander - the team there were always quick to respond to our questions and remarkably helpful. When the first property we had hoped to move in to didn't work out, the team at D.J. Alexander were able to find us another amazing flat within the same price range, for the same move in date, AND that we actually preferred to the original! All within an hour of the first property falling through.I'd like to specifically mention and thank Laura Mctaggart, Natalie Cotton, and Chloe Alexander for their highly professional and friendly service - they really went above and beyond to make sure that we got a property we were happy with.We will definitely use D.J. Alexander again, and we would not hesitate to reccomend them!
