The Sycamores, Bearsted

Becky, Nadia and Amy in the Sales Office at the Sycamores have been absolutely fantastic regarding the purchase of my New Dandara property. Nothing was too much trouble and they are always happy to answer my random questions! Nicolae the Site Manager has been amazing at helping me with any issues post completion. The Sycamores is a beautiful place to live.

I bought a new build home with Dandara Isle of Man recently and have experienced great customer service from the beginning to the end of my purchase. despite a delay to my home, stress was kept to a minimum for me by Helen Quayle who gave me weekly progress reports and updates in an honest and friendly and empathetic manner. Ongoingly, any snagging niggles which are to be expected with a new property are dealt with quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend the team

Well done Dandara!

The property was completed on schedule with all requested extras nicely fitted. The kitchen was fully equipped with quality appliances and the whole property beautifully painted both inside and out. The garden was neat and tidy with paths laid and lawns turfed. All we had to do was move in. The sales staff and on-site staff were extremely helpful and easy to deal with and made the purchase a pleasant and stress-free process. We are pleased to say we have found Dandara to be a good and trustworthy firm with exceptional attention to detail.

I recently had a viewing appointment at Oakwood Place in Reading. The sales team was helpful and attentive to all of our questions. The homes are well-designed, with ample storage space. I particularly like the garage, solar panels, and EV charging points, these are standout features for me.On the downside, there is no dedicated children's play area within the development. I also felt a bit pricy.

Purchasing my dream home with dandara braintree has been absolutely brilliant. The whole process from start to finish was smooth, they made sure the communication and access was always available and in particular Jo from the sales team was nothing short of great along with the rest of her team in made my purchase that nuch easier and stress free. NEIGHBOURHOOD WATCH WORK REVIEW. MAKING COMMUNITIES SAFE

My name is Peter New I am a Police Volunteer with the Community Neighbourhood Watch. I cover the Ashford District and especially new build developments. I enrol people into Neighbourhood Watch which helps them stay crime free and importantly free from the fear of crime too. It helps build community cohesion and importantly, as residents move in, it helps provide an additional layer of vigilance and security. Sadly we all know building developments are targeted by criminals at all stages from the first brick laid till the last house completed. With this work you need people to buy into the theory and the practice of this work. On all sites I work on some do from day one others arrive on the journey so to speak. Sometimes sadly after a theft on a site has occurred. It costs nothing to a company or the residents, in fact it is a win win situation. Residents are all on board straight away especially those moving into the area from farther away. With signage provided to residents it shows criminals that the community is as one and they are all looking out for each other. Criminals need to know they are not picking on one isolated family or property but a united community. The real purpose of this mail after that background is to say what an absolute pleasure it has been to work with Joe Stockton on The Pippins site at Hamstreet. From our first meeting to date he got the idea, realised the benefits and played a full and active part of supporting the growth of Neighbourhood Watch for the residents. It has been an absolute pleasure working with him. He is very clearly very good and confident at his job and extremely committed to go that extra mile for everybody and that included me! I know how highly thought of he was by his residents and how highly they speak of him. I can only add to that by way of saying a thank you to him for his commitment, and support to my work in making The Pippins a lovely place to live and raise families. I shall miss Joe as he moves on and forward to his new site. I think it mentioned Hawkhurst. I would be grateful if you could drop him a note or a quick phone call to say a very well done and thank you for his work. Had a very impressive tour of the show house at The Grange. Alanna gave us the tour and she was fantastic. Very knowledgeable on the property specifications across the range and also gave us useful information on the next phase of the Hazelwood development. We’re looking for a new house and stumbled across Dandara development in Spencer’s Wood. Initially looking more out of curiosity than anything else we’ve both Shakira and Val extremely helpful, it’s never too much trouble to answer any questions we have or show us around different homes on the development. But what’s really good is there isn’t a hard sell approach, both have listened to our requirements and made extremely helpful recommendations or modifications to meet those requirements.

The Meadows Wymeswold development

I recently visited the Dandara Sales office suite at the Meadows Wymeswold purely by chance after driving past the site. I looked around the show homes and was very impressed with the finish and general quality of the homes on the site. The sales team were particularly good explaining the various features of the individual properties on offer and information about the development. This was my second visit to the site which aloud me to look around other properties on the development whilst being escorted by a member of the Sales team.

Buying New Home at Reayrt Mie

Currently in the process of buying a Beech 21 house at Reayrt Mie with my partner.. we were really impressed with the standard of their show home and the location of the development so decided to sell our house and make the move. Although daunting, the reservation process was made quick and easy by the sales team and they were able to answer all of our questions.
