We had an appointment with Susan at the Yew show home yesterday. Susan was very professional and very friendly. She provided lots of information about the property and future developments, plenty for us to mull over ahead of choosing our property.

Had a pre booked appointment and were seen promptly by Andrea who took the time to explain the layout of the next phase of the Hazlewood development and to answer all of our questions on the buying process.Unfortunately there is only a very limited number of plots being released at this time and none of the house types were ones we were interested in.We will keep in touch to find out about future plot releases

First of all, your web page was misleading; it stated that there was an open day to launch the barns, which suggested that there would be one to view. Not the case! It was impossible to gain a feel of the whole development as the only viewing available was one house. Whereas I like the internal colour scheme, the house itself was a real letdown. It did not make the best use of space and apart from the kitchen diner, it was very cramped. You had compromised on space to gain extra rooms as a selling point. Not the house for me. Shame!!!!!In addition, because there was another possible buyer before me, I was not able to experience the full sales information

We sell a number of homes off plan and the event was designed to give people the opportunity to be the first to reserve but we take on board your feedback that this should have been made more clear. I have had a positive experience with Terri Amy as my landlord agent. Communication with her has been smooth and efficient, and she is generally responsive and quick to address any issues that come up. I also had an apartment inspection today with Liisa, which was carried out on time and completed efficiently, without taking up too much of my day. Overall, I appreciate the high level of service and professionalism.

TrustpilotProfessional and Efficient Rental Apartment Management
Dandara have been great at managing my rental apartment in Jersey. I live abroad so it would not be possible for me to do this myself, but I 100% trust Dandara to stay on top of it and communicate with me and action anything that needs doing. Everyone we have had contact with has been polite and professional and I would recommend them to anyone who needs rental apartment management in Jersey.

Dandara- St Michaels Park.Kelly has been great from the first time I went to visit the site and subsequently agreed to buy one of the houses. Have been sent updates throughout, including photos of progress, which saves me a trip over there. So far experience with Kelly and the site manager has been great.

A very pleasant experience and was made to feel very welcome by Ashley. He responded to my queries in a professional manner and took notes of my particular requestPlease note that after leaving clear instructions that I would confirm my offer on Monday the 10th of June, Dandara allowed another supposedly prospective buyer to put an offer in without informing me. I checked on Friday and was told by Ashley and another Sales agent that this was done by one of their superiors. I think that this is an incredulous story as Ashley stated that he was going to contact me on Thursday night and somehow did not do so. However, the lady sales agent stated that they found out that the property which was on reserve to me has been offered to someone who is going to rent it on the Friday by email. I was shown an alternative property which was not as good as the one which I had initially chosen.I am disappointed and On the basis of this experience, i do not want anything to do with Dandara as I feel that I have been victimised in favour of one of their buddies- It would be great to hear from the supposed superior and receive an apology.

Five star experience from start to finish. We were particularly blown away by the care and attentiveness of the Site Manager, John, who is always on hand for questions and handled our snag list speedily and organised the work during times that suited us. He also continues to follow up to ensure everything is going well which has made the move in process as stress free as can be, allowing us to enjoy our new home in this beautiful new development at Wallace View.
