Dear Ziggy, Thank you for your review. I was concerned to see an unusually low review so have looked into the matter for you. I'll email you directly but can see from the history log that there have been multiple requests from you and your flatmates for us to come and do things which are really a tenant's responsibility, such as changing light bulbs, adjusting shower head settings, cleaning out shower tray plug holes and setting the heating controls. Where requests have been made for genuine faults these have been done instantly, such as supplying a new mattress and fixing the washing machine. I've read all of the emails from Vicky and can't see any rude comments in any of them, just replies to say that certain tasks are expected to be undertaken by you, the tenant, in accordance with the lease. Dear Darja, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We always welcome feedback on our service and like to know if it has not been up to standard. I've looked into your tenancy with us and can see that you requested to leave the lease early but were unhappy that there was a cost involved in us helping you to be released early rather than being held to the full term of the lease with your flatmates and paying rent indefinitely. Breaking from the lease was covered in the lease clauses which you signed at the start of the lease and which we again explained fully when your request came in. Please let me know if there were any other issues but if not then it is disappointing to us to receive a poor review for helping meet the request that was made. The Cullen Team.
