This is a bot review... not genuine. We got in touch with Mr Daware and he informed us that he did not provide this review. Absolute nonsense and yet another reason why Google needs to revise and amend how people can publicly provide reviews. John Cox, M.D.

Meg, Having completed a full and thorough review with my team, we are at a loss as to who you are or indeed what we did to prompt you to leave this review. Given that your Google profile is in effect anonymous, with no other reviews to note, I deem this review as null and void. I invite you to contact me directly if you have a genuine concern / complaint. John Cox, M.D.

Yet another weightless 1 star review from a name that we have no record of ever having dealings with. Such a shame. If only Google would allow companies to have these types of reviews removed - it’s not fair on the team here at Cox & Co; … More

Hi Sebastian, I’m sorry to see that you felt it necessary to provide us with a 1 star review. However, upon checking with my team, none of us have ever had any dealings with you. The fact that you’ve not left any feedback either leaves me to believe that this ‘review’ is nothing more than spam. How unfortunate, especially given how hard we all work to offer a quality service. Please reconsider and remove. John Cox, Managing Director
