GoogleWe recently used Coulters to sell our flat in Edinburgh. We were very pleasantly surprised by the process and the high quality of the service we got. But the biggest thanks and shout out go to the people - what a great team. Buying or selling a property is renowned as one of the most stressful thing and they made the whole experience a pleasure - recommended 5*!!

The level of service received from start to finish was nothing less than exceptional - in particular from the Sales Manager Jackie Lyell who worked so hard to achieve an offer way beyond my expectations. GoogleI found the service excellent in every way. Quick to respond, clear and straightforward, pleasant and very supportive. I felt I was in safe hands. The following is in no way a complaint, just the only aspect that I struggled with a bit. Because of Corvid, I was unable to meet and talk with my Solicitor face to face: in hindsight I would have benefited from being able to talk through the legal process of buying and selling a house at the start. Being uninformed about Scottish law ( or any law, for that matter), I was surprised by certain aspects that occurred that I was not aware of. (Eg. Finding that if the buyer of my house could not get hold of his payment on a certain agreed date, then I would be in breach of contract!)PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleI engaged Coulters for a simultaneous property sale and purchase at the start of 2021 (just as the country was going into a new national COVID lockdown). I have used Louise Williams for a number of previous purchases and sales over the years from a conveyancing perspective, and continue to be consistently impressed by the exceptional levels of proactive service throughout every element of a transaction. It's great to know that I am in the safest and wisest of hands. I had not worked with the sales team at Coulters previously, but was delighted to experience a similarly exceptional level of service throughout that sales process from Sean Nicol and Jenny Carswell. From the moment Coulters were engaged on the sale, Jenny managed every step with the utmost care and attention: communication was fantastic throughout, advice was wisely researched and sensitive to the emerging market situation, every touchpoint from marketing materials to follow-ups were of the highest quality, and most importantly there was a resolute focus on achieving the desired outcome. All the staff I have been in contact with have been equally lovely. They have definitely taken the stress out of selling a property and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

GoogleFrom start to finish the process of selling our flat and buying a new property was very smooth thanks to the staff at Coulters. We had some delays to our move due to circumstances beyond our (and Coulters) control, but they were really responsive with keeping us up to date and providing advice when needed, both from the estate agency and legal team. The website used for the sale of our property (specific webpage for our flat with details of viewings, notes of interest and views of the listing etc.) was excellent and very professional, well beyond what we expected.
