GoogleTotally unacceptable service.... they don't answer phonecalls or email. And my flat was an absolute shambles when the tenants moved out - don't think reference checks were undertaken, and the flat had obviously not been inspected for a very long time.

GoogleAtrocious service - kept sending me messages as a tenant months after I had vacated a property - currently still awaiting a return of my deposit, extremely rude unhelpful staff (and said property was in atrocious, sub squatting conditions)

Very poor. Lack of any urgency in everything they do. Poor service for tenants, poor service for Landlords. Ridiculous additional charges for poor quality repair work (if it gets done at all).
