An appalling estate agency. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID whether you are a landlord, tenant or other party. They ignore e-mails, don't answer phone calls, don't follow-up on queries and don't offer solutions to problems. Iv been involved with various property businesses for over 15 years and Belvoir is by far the worst I have ever experienced. Judging by other reviews, it doesn't look like I am alone in my experience.

Terrible and dysfunctional letting agent. This is based on seven years renting, especially the last few years. Not recommended for tenants or landlords. Unanswered emails and extremely poor communication. Brazenly ignores urgent and important issues. Breaks promises. The franchise owner Mike Campbell did not even keep his verbal promises nor complete his in-house complaints process. Is this the norm for letting agents?...

Absolutely brilliant service very quick, efficient and all over great. Went above and beyond not only to fix all faults but also to ensure that I wasn't out of pocket at all. This is the second time that Belvoir agency organise a viewing for a flat. they said the first viewing is on Thursday but it turns out it is the second viewing not the first. and then they text me in the morning saying that the flat had been taken.

The service improved after a another property manager took over, still ineffectual dealing with a water damage.
