Jennifer & Andrew at Avenue Road Estate Agents were an absolute dream to work with! Professional but personal, efficient but not rushed. My property was on the market quickly and I accepted an offer even higher than I was hoping for within two weeks. The photos and listing were of a high standard, the home report and solicitor were organised quickly by them (highly recommend using their recommended solicitor!), and their communication throughout the whole process was spot on. It was my first time selling a property and I felt truly taken care of every step of the way and got an even better, quicker result than expected. I can’t recommend Avenue Road highly enough! Forget big estate agencies

Superb service and knowledge from Jennifer, very happy that we chose her (out of 3 agents we invited) to sell our house in Edinburgh which went within a week. Everything was so quick and well organised incld viewings and she helped with all the answers we had along the way just a phone call away. It really shows that to provide best customer service is main priority for small family run Avenue Road and thats only thing you really need.

The best agents in town, can't recommend enough!

Selling our family home was a really emotive and daunting experience and Jennifer was nothing short of incredible. She held my hand through the process, was incredibly supportive, at the end of the phone at any time (including evenings and weekends) and secured an offer for us way over the home report value in less than a week! Anyone thinking of selling your home, you will get MUCH better service with Avenue Road than you will with the old school agents in Edinburgh and it will cost you a 10th of the price! I can’t recommend Avenue road enough, Andrew came out and valued the property and within 4 days my flat was online. Andrew was so helpful and always there to answer any questions. Just getting round to doing this now after selling with Avenue Road last year! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an amazing experience dealing with Andrew at Avenue Road. Right from our first conversation we knew that we had made the correct decision to market our home with Avenue Road. The attention to detail with our pictures and staging really made the difference. Our pictures were done on the Thursday, teaser post on the Friday, on the market on Saturday morning and by Saturday night we had 15 viewings lined up for the Sunday which Andrew took the stress away and completed himself. Unbelievably we had multiple offers by the Monday morning and accepted one that was over 10% the home report value!! If you want your house sold quick and for above home report value then Avenue Road is the estate agent for you 🏡
