my personal experience of avenue road is that they really care about you on a personal level, as an individual. I had some natural anxieties about selling and Andrew put my mind at ease from the outset. he took care of everything and was always on hand to answer any questions I might have quickly and professionally, with a human touch. the drone footage was great as it really showed my home off to its fullest potential. this was all included with the price which I thought was excellent value.thanks so much

5 stars are no where near enough the amount of stars these guys deserve. A million stars 🌟 You will honestly never find another estate agency that really, truly cares about their clients. From the first phone call, I knew these were the guys I'd choose. And i had spoken with 5 other estate agents in the past 6 months, and these guys felt so different from the rest. Their knowledge, family values, the warmth and honesty they both exude, made me feel at ease every step of the way- when this was not an easy decision for us to make.

Wow! Just wow!

We found Avenue Road as they were the Estate Agents for a house we saw and fell in love with. I messaged them via Facebook to request a viewing (on a Saturday afternoon) and couldn't believe I got a reply! That cemented the communication process for me. Andrew visited us on the Monday to chat through the process - the same day we managed to secure our dream house and get the ball rolling to advertise ours asap! Within less than 2 weeks of seeing the house advertised - our offer was accepted on the dream home and our house was marketed and sold, for a fantastic offer. Still pinching myself! Andrew and Jennifer are a credit to work with when buying and selling your home. Fabulous team! Fabulous communication 7 days a week! And in this 'day and age' it was an excellent perk!

The service I received from Avenue Road was truly excellent and I wold contact them again if I needed to sell another property. I was referred to them by a friend after being disappointed with local solicitor/agents and some big name estate agents, who either undervalued my property so much that I would have sold it with a loss, or were unprofessional in their conduct or would overcharge. Avenue Road valued my property about the price I was expecting and this was later matched by the Home Report valuation. My house was in the market within a week, was sold on the first day and the offer was much higher than the home report valuation. Their fees were much lower than any other estate agent. I would recommend Avenue Road to anyone, either buyers or sellers. Thank you very much to Andrew and his family for their help and support in selling my house, I have been back in Italy since, traveling and enjoying a beautiful Autumn!
