Sold a flat in December with Avenue Road. As a first time seller I had lots of questions and nerves about the whole process. Andrew was able from our initial meeting to talk me through the process and give his advice. Throughout the whole process of selling the flat, Andrew was always an email or a phone call away, offering to phone me when I had questions regarding emails or forms I had been sent from solicitors. I was able to accept an offer on Christmas Eve, with Andrew still emailing through ensuring we were in the loop during the festive period! Would recommend using Avenue Road to anyone! Andrew, Jennifer and Janice are professional, friendly, efficient and genuinely available 24/7 which I honestly don't think you will find elsewhere. Our property was only on the market 12 days and Andrew was confident because of the level of interest and offers made that we could go to close in that time and he was absolutely right. They've made the process seamless and for a fair price especially when you take into account what other estate agents are trying to charge. Cannot recommend highly enough!

A special thanks to Jennifer, this was our first time selling a property, which for us became very stressful. We used Avenue Road this year to sell our home in Scotland so we could purchase a home in England. From start go finish the work from Jennifer was fantastic. She was respectful of our unique situation and also the fact that we had a young baby at home when she visited. We used Avenue Road for both buying and selling. Jennifer got our property on the market in record time and sold in a week. The photographer was also brilliant and did a great job. Best in the business!

Personally we failed to attract many buyers for our property for more than a year through another agency. I happened to see an advert for another house that sold on our same development which was being sold via Avenue Road. I liked the advert so much that I reached out to Andrew. Despite the fact that I was tied in with another agency, Andrew was still helpful in giving me some tips and suggestions which made me feel that he cared about customers. I had to cut ties with another agency and pay a hefty fee in the process however I knew I was taking the right step with Avenue Road. With all the suggestions and inputs we were taking the steps towards the right direction. Andrew was always there whether it was day or night to support as needed. We had a long chain to sell the house to and our purchase of new house tied to the sale too. Andrew and his team made sure that we got the transactions completed without hitch. No wonder you can see Avenue Road signs across Edinburgh and I wish them all the success. I am amazed and impressed by Andrew’s commitment and Jennifer’s involvement made it even better. I used Andrew Kerr-Smith (no relation!) to sell my flat in Edinburgh. The process was smooth and I couldn't fault his levels of communication. The flat was under offer within 3 weeks then, whilst I was on holiday just weeks before the agreed sale date, my downstairs neighbour reported a leak from my flat. I was stuck in Florida being unable to do anything about it. Andrew went out of his way to meet a contractor at the flat and allow access to get the repair quote progressed which I believe was above and beyond what is expected of an estate agent! I couldn't recommend Andrew highly enough.
