My first time selling x which was nerve wracking x Andrew put me and my family at ease from the minute he walked in x I would just like to say my house sold in under a week. Excellent service from start to finish! Photographer and drone operator did a fantastic job and our ad looked great. Andrew was contactable 7 days a week and went above and beyond. We recently had Andy handle the sale of our property in Mayfield and the service from listing to completion was second to none. We are thousands of miles away and were handling the sale after the death of a relative. Andy understood the situation fully and made himself available at all times of day for any questions we had. Above all he was proactive in getting the house sold. Other agents we had spoken to seemed very low energy in comparison. If you have a house sale in the area I recommend him wholeheartedly.

Was so imformative, answered every question we had, 24hrs a day 7days a week happy to call and reply to text messages from me, and working shifts this made a massive difference. Got our house live on the market and sold in 4days for considerable amount over home report, which i garentee had alot to do with his selling abilities and the amazing photographer he uses. Avenue Road Estate Agents have been amazing . Got in contact with them and spoke to Andrew about selling our flat and Andrew came out the next day and talked us through the whole process and how much the fess would be and they where so much cheaper than the previous estate agent we had been in touch with. Andrew had the photos and video and arranged the home report done within in days and had it on the market on the friday afternoon. We had viewings over the weekend and by the Monday we had an offer for way over market value which we accepted. We would definitely recommend Avenue Road Estate Agents to everyone who is thinking of selling the experience was so straight forward and you are not just a number with them like other bigger Estate Agents they really care and we can't thank Andrew enough

Outstanding service from start to finish! Could not recommend Avenue Road high enough and our experience was first class, Andy arrived on the Monday morning, on the market by the Thursday morning and sold one week later. The process was all explained in advance and all our questions were answered, it’s such a stressful time moving but Avenue Road took care of everything and there was no stress throughout the whole process. Andy was outstanding and nothing was ever a problem, the service these guys deliver is on another level compared to the large estate agents and you would be crazy to not use Avenue Road if you are selling your home.
